Teach Your Monster is excited to announce that we’ve just signed a comprehensive Data Processing Agreement (DPA) covering 14 states, making it easier than ever for US schools to access our games.

The 14-state agreement covers Massachusetts, Maine, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, and Virginia, opening doors for educators and students across millions of classrooms.

“We’re a social impact organisation with a mission to help as many children as possible achieve their potential by making learning fun,” said Antonio Gould, Director at Teach Your Monster. “This DPA is about removing barriers and making it simple for schools to use our games without worrying about data compliance. We’re pleased that this major agreement will make it easy to use our games to support classroom teachers in 14 states.”

Bringing Teach Your Monster to US Learners

At the same time, we’re thrilled to share that we’re building a brand-new version of our beloved Teach Your Monster to Read, with a US accent and a US curriculum alignment option to be included in a future update. Find out more about the new game here.

We’re continuing to work closely with US schools and educators to bring our games to more children, including our work with Dr. Alyssa O’Rourke, a Fellow at the Science of Reading Center at SUNY New Paltz, with over 30 years of expertise in literacy, dyslexia, learning disabilities, and the Science of Reading.

Schools in the covered states can now access Teach Your Monster games with full confidence in compliance. We’ll have more details to share about the US version of Teach Your Monster to Read as we get closer to launch.
